Default Need Help choosing a laptop.

Hopefully someone will know which laptop is the better bang for my buck. I'm looking for a laptop that can handle me doing a lot of things at once (messanger, games, skype, internet, etc) without slowing or crashing (at least not TOO much). I do have a limited budget and I'm looking at 2 different computer choices, and I'm not sure which one will be better to get. I'm not extremely knowledgable about processors and the like, I just know that it's the brain of the computer. And I really don't know whether Intel or ADM is better... So if anyone with some real computer knowledge can help me, I'll be extremely greatfull.

Here's the specs for my two choices.

Why a lot better? The CPU is inferior, and everything else is about the same. The 1 extra gigabyte of ram isn't going to do much. However, I do agree with the HP because it's overall a more rounded laptop. My cousin has almost that exact same laptop (though w/ C2D CPU). It looks really nice and is fairly sturdy, although completely made of plastic. One down side is that it gets pretty toasty.
