ok i think this has to do with my video card so thats y i put it in here, ok heres the thing. When i play counter strike source and just counter strike when i become a spectator it skips ahead and back a lil kinda like a someone is shaking the cam back and forth real fast and when im acually playing it skips the same way but not so much. i got a geforce 5700 128mb and this skipping has just started and it never did it b4 and i have comcast cable with and average ping of 45 on most games and my settings on counterstrike are set on teh recomended as in steam put lil "*" beside the recomended visual chamnges i could change and and ive changed my card from quality to performance and all over and have not overclocked it so the case of fryin it is pretty much out and my comp is in a nice cool basement and my comp has 2 fans in it so ya no fryin. ive download new drivers and rolled back on old 1s and NUTHIN!! ARG!!! plz help!!!! ive tried everything logical!!!!!

Sounds like lag, a low ping doesn't necessarily mean that you are lag free.

well ive never lagged like this b4 and its only on this game and its EVERY SINGLE SERVER so i dont think its teh internet i think that like something in counter strike like isnt reacting right with my vid card ???? w/e thats just wut i think and i have no other kids i no who have computers good enough to test on theres or something so ya i have no idea but its very very annoying!!!! yyyaaarrrrgggg!!!!!!

Have you tried playing Counter-Strike non-internet? (I've never played the game, so if it's exclusively online, feel free to slap me) If it's just on the internet I'd imagine the problem to be between Counter-Strike and the connection, although that wouldn't explain it happening right after you got a new vid-card unless it changed all the settings to a default/different setting to cope with the new card.
