Sygate Pf Problem

Hey guys. This is a very strange problem. I have a new motherboard (GA-K8N Ultra-9) along with everything else new. The mobo has 2 gigabyt network cards. However, I cannot get my favourite firewall Sygate PF to work there. It will install fine, ask me to reboot and then after restart fails to initiate. The same happens when i try and run it manually. I get no errors whatsoever. Instead I used the KERIO PF and it is working just fine. Could it be the number of firewalls that's causing a problem?
