Default Need some photoshop help

I have a business card here. The plain background was originally white, so I made it black. Now I need to fix the edges of the text and logo. Would someone be able to fix it so that it's blended right? I have very little photoshop skills and don't have time do do every pixel by hand.

Thanks.

That is a job and a half without the original, not saying it can't be done just that to make it reasonable will take a lot of fiddling. Best to post up the original.

EDIT

Whats this like, saved in Photoshop file psd
