Default Which comp is better

My laptop just crapped out and I am looking for a new computer. I am looking for something cheap that i might throw a video card in later on to play some games. The buy.com one is a bit more expensive but i get $30 off for using the buy.com credit card, and the staples prices is going to have tax included which will add about $20. I know compaq is Hp's cheaper company but I don't really know how to compare the processors for gaming. Also the compaq one doesn't show if there are any open slots for a video card or not. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
