Default Webcam Selection

Well i need help picking out a webcam because i never have done this before and i don't know what to look for. my budget is at max 30 dollars and i would like the webcam to be either black or black and silver or silver. this is for my desktop it needs to adjustable and have a built in speaker/voice recorder thing. Thank you lots!

You should check out Logitech, they have some pretty good webcams.

The logitech quickcam IM works really really well and is a very clear picture.

I think I payed $30 for it at Meijers. They have a set you can buy now where you actually get two for around $50. Check Amazon.
