Is there a way to delete a program that needs a password before removed?

whenever I click remove program it prompts me to enter a password.

It's should ask you for password whenever you install it. so, use the same password.

Are there different users on your computer? if so log into the same user that installed it. This is a web filtering program made so kids can't surf where their parents don't want them to surf. You won't be able to uninstall it unless your the parent (who probably put the password in, in the first place). Good luck...
