i am having trouble opening a program i downloaded from the net. It always give me an error message,saying that"program has encountered a problem and is unable to open" then it has buttons to send a report or dont send. I click on dont ssend b/c of the program i am trying to access. Any suggestions would be great. I am trying to open Jeeper 2(dish network software) it programs the cards for the recvr.

hmm well, is there anyway that u can redownload the program from another directory? is not then... iono... anyone knoe?

Sometimes programs are corrupted following a download. Happened to me a few times. What you need to do is clear any caches from your hard drive and download it again. Otherwise if you try and download it again with the cache full it'll just pull the corrupted file back out of there.
