Default processor not running up to speed

i have a motherboard with a nvidia chipset. its only running on 1900+ when its suppose to be running on 2600+. i'm trying to find the fsb jumper but i cant find one on my motherboard. also, where do i go to change it in the bios. help anyone?

Last time I had a problem like that I had to Flash the BIOS. Have you tried that?
