Exclamation Drive Problem

I want to be able to access one of my other drives. It has Vista on it, but I want to get some files off of it. I plug it in as a secondary drive, and try to go to Users and then my folders, but it says click Continue to view the folders, then another box pops up saying Continue or Cancel, and when I click Continue, nothing happens.

So I tried plugging the drive in by itself, and booting from it. During the Vista loading screen, right after the BIOS, it does a quick Blue Screen, and restarts..

Is it possible to view the files on the drive..?

Thanks.
