Default Upgrading PC

Hi all, wondering if you can help me

I have got a "HP DC5100 SFF P4 2.8ghz / 512MB / 40 GB"

I read somewhere it is upgradable...but I also hear there are lots of different types of RAM.

Basically, what RAM do I need to upgrade my Desktop to its highest spec.

Thanks

DDR2. I couldn't find the speed but since it's 915GV based, probably PC2-4200 (533MHz DDR)
