Default Will this ram work please?

Guys i want to double check, will this ram work with my motehrboard?

OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 800Mhz/PC2-6400 Memory GOLD DUAL CHANNEL Unbuffered
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/146049

my mobo

http://global.msi.eu/index.php?func=...0&prod_no=1215

only the motherboard specs say =Supports four unbuffered DIMM of 1.8 Volt DDR2 SDRAM,however the ram on the link above says -Supply Voltage 2.1 V

im pretty sure i raised my crappy 667mhz ram voltage up to 2.0V to get it to run at 772Mhz when i overclocked my core 2 duo.
