Computer Science i would go for to be honest. I'm studying it next year at my college. It teaches you how all the components in a PC work and how there used and how they co-operate with other components etc etc Electrical Engineer isnt really a good thing unless you want to actually build the lets say GPU yourself or in a team. Your best of going into designing the GPU thats where the moneys at, But dont get to greedy.
