I have been selling on ebay again mostly to sell off stuff I don't need or want anymore. I sold an item for $24.00 the buyer paid and I mailed the item with a tracking number.
www.usps.com says the package was delivered. The buyer filed a claim with paypal, he claims the item was never received. Paypal resolution center wanted the tracking number so I privide them with the number, proof the item was mailed and proof the item was delivered. Paypal decided in favor of the buyer and gave him a full refund including postage. I did my part I mailed the package with a tracking number as required by paypal rules. I have no control over what USPS does after that but I seem to be held accountable for USPS actions. And get this, I can not file non paying bidder with Ebay to get my selling fees refunded and I can not give the dead beat thief buyer approprate feedback because of the new rules.
Seller beware. All the rules are in the buyers favor NOW.
