Question Celeron m 560 vs Pentium dual core m T2390

Hi all, I am buying a Dell a860 Vostro. I am trying to choose between the build with the Intel® Celeron M® M560 (2.13GHz, 1M L2 Cache, 533MHz FSB) and the Intel® Pentium Dual Core M® T2390 (1.86GHz, 1M L2 Cache, 533MHz FSB). The Pentium build is $100 more.

120 gb hard drive.

It will be running Vista Basic, and used mainly for Internet, email, photos, word processing.

Both configs come with 1 gb. Which processor is better? Is 1 gb enough for Vista Basic?

thanks
