Default Do I really need a 250GB hard drive?

Well I've found another option - Dell Vostro 1510 and now need to choose between

*160GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive [Included in Price]
*160GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive with Free Fall Sensor [add $40]
*250GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive [add $40]

Intel Core 2 Duo, 2g ram. Vista Basic or XP Pro.

Would I be better off investing in another gig of RAM for $50 rather than a bigger HD?

I will use for word processing, Internet, photo editing.

Thanks for any advice
