Need help finding sister a laptop

Hey

So apparantly my sister needs a laptop. shes in grade 11, we have a family computer, what the heck does she need a laptop for? My parents didn't by me one back in the day, so wtf. Anyways....

Anyone know of any deals or promotions going on right now? We're planning on giving to her this coming sunday, and we live in canada so none of that united-states only business.

She's retarded with computers, so it will be used for, in this order likely:

msn
facebook
youtube
windows media player
itunes
microsoft word
jonas brothers pictures
-room to add extra ram
-15.4 "

Something pretty basic, ideally in the $600 range including a warranty and tax? Windows and office aren't necessary, I have an extra copy somewhere... any recommendations would be great, thanks!

im just going to clarify that when i typed by i meant buy, i haven't slept all night and apparently suck, but don't let that stop you from looking for a laptop for me to buy my sister. thaaaaaanks
