Question XFX nForce 750i SLI - Computer Setup

I don't have the money for it yet, but i'm saving and it's cristmas soon. So here is my computer combination, i'd just like to hear what you think about it and how well you think it'll work. Enough power supply and so on.

So the motherboard will, like i said, be the XFX nForce 750i SLI.
It's the 750i and there for it's a socket 775.

The memorys will be 2x1GB
OCZ DDR2 PC8500 2048MB KIT, nVIDIA SLI?- Ready Edition
I've understood that theese only works with nVIDIA SLI circuit motherboards which i will have, so i guess it will work perfectly. The motherboard also support PC-8500.

The PCU will be a Intel Core™ 2 Duo E8500 3.16GHz, Socket LGA775, 6MB, 1333Mhz. Max ammount of FSB (Front side bus) on the motherboard is 1333Mhz so that will work. It's a socket 775.
Question: What do the 6MB of x do?

Graphics card will be XFX GeForce 9800GT 650M 512MB OC GDDR3, PCI-Express 2.0, 2xDVI w/Assassins creed. I wish i could skip Assassins creed and get it cheaper, but what should you do? Do this fit on my motherboard correctly?

Harddrive Western Digital Caviar GP 500GB SATA2, 16MB 7200RPM
Do i have SATA2 outputs on the motherboard? Can i get this to fit?

PSU Seasonic S12-II Nätaggregat 430W,120mm fläkt, 4xSATA, ATX, PCI-E, 20/24pin Enough power?

Will this all fit into an Antec Three Hundred 140mm Fan (Without PSU)
I already have DVD-Drives

Any replys will be appreciated.

get 4gb's of normal pc8500, the sli thing doesn't mean squat, and if you can, get an ati radeon 4850 instead of the 9800gt, and maybe a 500 watt psu, that would give you some headroom, seasonic, antec, corsair, ocz, they're all good brand names

Since i can't even afford the current setup yet, i have no idea how i'm suppose to afford more then this. I'd like alittle review on the current graphic card, the XFX GeForce 9800GT.

What i need the entire setup to do is to run Windows XP.
Atleast run Crysis on low or medium.
Source Engine 14.
Battlefield 2.

Is this card enough for this?
I can't survive on 430W?
4GB RAM, will my system be able to run, first XP Home and later on XP Pro?
