Exclamation unfixable keyboard problem

Let me start off by saying I don't know anything about computers, but I have a problem that I fear may be unfixable. I spilled juice on my toshiba's keyboard and some of the keys shorted out. Somehow I managed to put a password on my computer so it wouldn't even fully boot up without it. This is not a windows password, it comes up right after the toshiba logo. Unfortunately, some of the keys that shorted out are needed for the password. I bought an external keyboard but I can't install it unless I can get into windows. It's like a catch-22 problem I have here. If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
