Default Lost my raid driver- have I also lost the data on the drive?

I don't know why this has happened. The raid driver just showed up as "unknown device". The only thing that I did before the raid driver was lost was to install the newest Nvidia drivers & uninstall Norton 360 which was on my other drive.

I also had both of my DVD drives crap out on me (code 39) which is an easy fix.

Can I reinstall the raid driver & use the data on the disk or is it lost forever?
