Default cant delete a file

hello all... well im trying to delete this file on my computer and i get the following error... file system error(1026)...anyone kno wat i can do about this...thanks

You could always try to boot in safemode then delete it, or use killbox, and select the delete on reboot option

i tried safe mode..that didnt work...and i tried the killbot thingy..didnt work either..and the article i..i did wat it tol me to do..but nuthing yet..any other ideas?
