Default Buying a new hd

I need some halp pleez
Im wanna upgrade my 80gb hd HDS728080PLA380 40Y9028LEN, googled it and found some obscure sites saying its a SATAII drive. I've also looked in the case and from what ive seen on tutorials and stuff im pretty damn sure its sata. So...

1) can i get any type of sata drive, or do i need one that is sataII?

2) what would be the best for me from here:

It's all in aussie money, umm i dont mind spending around 200, i was actually thinking the:

3) Im computer savvy buuut im pretty sure ill mess up the copying of old data to the new hd, a techie said hed do it for me for $120...thats alright but is this an easy enough operation for me to do myself?
