Default ZSMC/Sonix USB Camera Problems

Hello all i have a question for anyone who has ever owned a webcam from zsmc/sonix that is called DC-988.

Ive installed the camera and had it working i just couldn't get the voice to work and i had been using it to try it out on msn and it worked fine. The only problem is after i did the msn audio video settings setup it started to not work right. I also after a few restarts of my system got this message that it said it recognized that i had re hooked up my camera and now the audio was set up but the amcap said "this graph can not be previewed" or something.

The webcam still works but im having a hard time unintalling all the files so i can start again. But when i unintall it the install shield flashes back and forth every second (is it supossed to do that??)

I tried removing zsmc from the registry but it wont allow me to remove it what do i do, or am i scammed like ive seen some people that have been hacked or scammed and cant uninstall it..

please let me know how i can get it working again...bought it at fcsurplus.ca

ps i had installed it first through the cd but then learned it could be faster to do by plug and play..i just find im in a fuzzle..cant unload it at all...tried reg clean..nothing....am i doomed??
