Anyone familiar with MTU/MDU network environments?

I am wondering if anyone has experience installing and maintaining anMTU/MDU network environment. I've set up a simulated subscriber subnet, and i cannot retrieve internet through the router, whether im on as a subscriber or admin. The router has been tested out 3 times and is fine.

Also, i'd like to get some solid info. on the C9. If you don't know what this is, dont ask.
