The best ISP?

Im on supanet at the moment and im sorry to supanet but i think its absolute C**P £30 a month yer i have NO DOWNLOAD LIMITS ! but thats it,
Speed of the net is turd ! 567Kbps Its slow and not very good!

What do you all think the best ISP is?

I download lots of trial version programs to test them out and download ringtones now and then for my phone so i wouldnt want one with any limits and prefferably a little cheaper! Any ideas?

yeah bull dog are good but you never get the 4 mbps they advertise, i am with them and i normally get around 2mbps good but not what i pay for

EDIT: just checked and they only do a 2Mb service where im at too. maybe i made the right choice going with NTL afterall
