Default Yet another memory issue.

I bought 2 sticks of 2Gb OCZ Fatal1ty 1066 RAM for my new computer. I installed them, and they ran fine, but i ran CPU-Z and it say's they are only running at 800mhz. Very angry, seeing as how i paid an extra 30 dollars for 1066, and they are only running at 800Mhz. It also says my timings are set at 5-5-5-15 using 1.8v. I am a big noob at memory timings and setting it, so i would greatly, greatly appreciate it if someone would walk me through this. I have an application called Memset, but i don't know if it would be easier to just use the bios.

I am using the Asus M3A79-T Deluxe motherboard with the bios that comes with it. Also the 9950 BE AMD, so i know it can handle 1066. I am pretty sure i have the RAM in the right slots, two slots of the same color.

Anything else that i need to provide for help on this i will gladly do.

An thanks in advance for humoring my ignorance.
