what if i have old "bands" i dont know what they r called they are grey and thin...would that affect anything?

tried dif ram but held to no avail.

guess my next step is to take every part out and check if it works with my other computer and see if i have a faulty part

i told you it was going to sound strange. But one of the most popular soundcards is the soundblaster legacy card. its cheap and offers great recording and output sounds. it is quite a good card. But I've found that the soundcard sometimes causes boot up problems in certain computers.

hey anything can mess up the computer.......
finally figured it out after 2 hours....the processor was fried somehow,i think i can get it with warantee tho. also fried my 2.4ghz lol
