Default Help me find a good microphone!

My Microsoft Lifecam VX-3000 probably has the worst mic ever but i bought it over 5 years ago so it lasted a while.. Now i need a new mic so i can use Skype to talk to my relatives in Europe because by phone it's just so expensive.

So if someone knows a good mic that would work well with skype, I'm just saying that because I'm not sure if all of them do, it would be great!

to be honest, almost any mic you spend $30 or more on will sound great. I highly recomend a USB headset, they have great sound and the mic sounds great.

If your looking for a recomendation then I recomend the Logitch 350.

Honestly, id get a Lingo VOIP telephone, its what we use to talk to our family in England, its a regular phone (any telephone is compatible) connected to lingo VOIP, unlimited talk time 24/7 for about $29/mo. Even when you move, the phone number stays the same, even area code. We are living in Il with an NC area code on the main LAN line =D
