Exclamation need help.should I delete these files related with combofix?

I ran combofix and it created the folder Qoobox.
It quarantined files and put them in Quarantine folder listed below:

2008-12-29 15:19:56 A------- 29,696 C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\C\WINDOWS\system32\ibfs32.dll .vir
2009-01-01 20:04:18 A------- 108 C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\catchme.log
2009-01-01 20:08:50 A------- 4,628 C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\Registry_backups\tcpip.reg
2009-01-01 20:12:42 A------- 181 C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\Registry_backups\HKCU-Run-Uniblue RegistryBooster 2009.reg.dat

Should I delete them?

and what is BackEnv that combofix created.(it contains some .dat files such as appdata.folder.dat ,localsettings.folder.dat,SysPath.dat ..etc and one single SetPath.bat file).Would it be harmful if I delete BackEnv folder?

Lastly, should I delete the whole Qoobox folder that combofix created?
thanks,
