My sister's laptop won't come off the safe mode screen
Every time you turn it on it goes to the safe mode screen (the screen that comes up when you push F8 during bootup). With any of the options that you choose, such as safe mode or last known good configuration, it starts to load and then it goes back to the screen. Is anyone familiar with this problem? What could it be and how do I fix it?
She runs on XP and its a Compact Presario V3000. Please help, I am desperate to get this fixed. If I have to dump the hard drive, then so be it. But I don't know how to do that either. |
