Are Alienware comps really as good as they say. if so wich is the best one for about $800USD.

They are fine machines, jsut overpriced. If you don't have alot of cash i wouldn't recomend them. And if you DO have alot of cash, you can find a better deal elsewhere such as Dell or Emachines or something.

Of course you can always do it yourself, but not everyone wants to. This is usually the best option, but not always the CHEAPEST option.

They been around for a long time. People just dont seem to think Alienware makes anything but them fancy expensive machines.

lol thats me, i never checkup on Dell or ALienware or go to their sites or anything, it's all word of mouth for me (or type lol.) nobody seems to want to buy a budget alienware, always $5K+ rigs, so i dont hear much. probably a bad move on my part, not on my toes and up with the latest
