Hi,
I'm going travelling for a few months and am looking at buying one of those new mini laptops (netbooks) but there seems to be alot of choice. My normal laptop is a little too big and heavy to take. I want to be able to do the following if possible: Internet Wireless (I've read reviews that some are rubbish) VLC Player Limewire Can I do the above on both Linux and XP and is there much differnce apart from being more familiar with XP ? I've read on here that Linux is run by volunteers which I have no problem with. I'm currently looking at Acer Aspire One but not being very tech, really not sure so your views would be great. I've read loads of reviews but they're currently blowing my mind ;-) Any feedback please, Pez |
