Smile External Hard Drives...

Hi,
I have recentley decided I need to back up my hard drive once a week! I have already got Acronis True Image software but I need something to back my 320GB hard drive onto (an external hard drive). I just need a few simple questions answering:

1. If there any suggestions to a good 320GB+ external hard drive under £65?
2. How long does it usually take for an average backup?
3. What is the fastest way to connect them? (firewire, USB...)
4. Does a full backup mean when you restore the backup the computer is EXACTLY the same as it was?

Thanks In Advance!
