Default another webcam problem

hey guys

got a slight problem with my can that i got of ebay
its a inki1 cam and the computer picks it up but problem is all i seem to see is a black screen and the cam does appear in my computer as a usb video device

ive been to device manager and i found that multimedia controller RAID and usb controller all have a yellow question mark next to themm could this be the reason as to why the cam dosent work
im using windows xp and trying to use the cam for msn messenger 8.0
any help appericated

Did you install all the drivers for the cam?

Start by making sure the drivers are the correct ones for you model and type of webcam. If they seem to be correct make sure your MSN settings are setup for your webcam to be accessed. I don't know the exact keystrokes under MSN, but generally look around in the settings.

the box it came in says its a plug and play no driver required sooo plus no cd came withit ive checked just about everything there is and i still get nothing getting to the point where its starting to frustrate me
