How to get rid of Trojan Downloader?

My AVG has detected something called 'TrojanHorseDownloader.Dyfica.2.BA.' I have no idea what this is, how harmful this may be to my computer, and how to get rid of it. Need some advice. Thanks.

Download Hijackthis from here. Unzip it to it@s own folder e.g. C:HJT. Run an online scan here. Reboot. Run Hijackthis, click "scan and save logfile" and post the logfile here.
