Laptop w/ AVG and Internet Lost
Hi guys,
I am running widows vista on an HP laptop, and I today I installed the free version of AVG from CNet today. I started running the scan and I stopped it before it finished. Now my internet connection wont work. I can connect to my wireless network but it says I have a limited connection and it wont allow an internet connection. I've tried resetting my TCP/IP connections through command prompt and I also completely uninstalled AVG. I've restarted a bunch of times and I am still unable to get this one laptop in the house to connect to the internet. Maybe it blocked a port or something? Any ideas of how I should proceed? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! |
