Question Video freezes when move mouse around

My streaming video freezes when I move my mouse around. I have disabled my sound and video hardware acceleration which helped make the video smoother and not choppy, but i still can't figure out how to make it so the video doesn't freeze up when I move the mouse around. Any ideas?

On an older laptop with a pentium 3 @ 1 GHz, maxed out at 512 MB ram, and an nvidia geforce2go video, windows xp. i've also unchecked the write combining box.

yes, in fact, after you mentioned that, i went back and reinstalled them, but still no improvment there. perhaps the additional strain on a cpu that has such weak specs of just moving the mouse around is too much for it forcing it to 100 percent cpu usage? in fact, i just had my task manager open to watch the cpu usage and it's at 100 percent just watching the video alone without even moving the mouse around.
