Default Movie problem

Every time I go to a site with this built-in movie thing (I use Firefox), Windows will give me this error message and Firefox will give me some kinda feedback form, when I click on the "don't send" thing from Windows, all my Firefox windows close....I already tried reinstalling Firefox...

Here, I know it's Dutch but maybe it already helps...

I noticed it happens when the site uses WMP, I don't think it does it with Quicktime, but I'm not sure...

That looks like the standard bad pointer error message. Does WMP work normally? Try updating it (if possible)

Yeah it does..but I installed a few codec things a few days ago, like the K-Lite codec pack and a few others, could that cause the problem?

I suppose it could be, was it working before you installed the new codecs?

Yeah, but I don't remember if it started to act weird just after I installed them, but thats the only reason I can think of, now even movies on my computer start to act weird and give me this Windows error..

I downloaded the old WMP too btw, the classic one..

So try isolating the problem by reverting to the normal version, if that doesn't fix it remove the codecs as well. Then if it starts working again you can try the classic player again.

I don't thinks so, I use both codec and firefox for quite a few time, but no error happens. It must be something else that cause the problem.
