i have a win95 laptop, it has no cd-drive but i would like to upgrade it to win98se is there any way i can do this?

I could be wrong, but I dont think there is a way to do this without a cd rom drive. You could always use/borrow an external one.

if you can get the Win98 folder onto the hardrive of the laptop then yes, do that and start the setup.exe inside the Win98 folder.
