Default HDD cables

I am buying this HDD for my new build(Western Digital Caviar Black WD5001AALS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM ) It is oem so I want to buy a cable but do I buy an sata or sataII cable? Do I need a power cable also or should my psu have plenty of those (PSU

Just trying to avoid not being able to put this thing together when I get it
