PLEAS HELP! [Network Connections] is blank

I was fooling around in [Administrative Tools]

and I'm not quite sure what I changed. When I re-booted I noticed that [Network Connections] was blank, however through internet explorer,Tools,internet options,connections. I can see my connections. But I can't get my home network to work.

HELP Would be HIGHLY Appreciated

Just run through the network setup wizard again. Only should take 30 seconds at most if you know what you're doing.

go to control panel-->administrative tools--->services

check wether the following services are started and running

Network Connections
Network Location Awareness (NLA)

if not start it

If all of the above things fail, then you've always got system restore. It's designed to correct errors in registry and admin tools aswell as most system files so it's pretty certain to fix it.
