Help building a comp for lil bro

first i need a case with a psu and its atleast 450 watts for $65USD or lower or you can get them seperate, i just need help finding one on new egg can you guys reccomend me one? with a link as well, and this computer is going to be for storage for movies and such so i allready have the HD
