msn messenger displayin oleacc.dll error
when i try to run windows live messenger and some other windows programs i get an error saying that it cannot locate oleacc.dll. also when i click add/remove programs nothing happends. ive tried registry repair wizard and downloading the missing file but with no success. i also cant get the file from the windows disk(windows xp home) as i have lost it. plz can anyone help??
