Deep Burner is great for free, and the Pro one has all the features I'd ever want without all the eye candy.

Hehe Deepburner is friggen sweet although one could give good arguments for Nero (most common i suppose, support and updates readily available), Discjuggler (more control over a burning process than is healthy), Alcohol120/Blindwrite (for those special discs) and maybe CDRWIN5 (most of the power of Discjuggler, more user friendly ... made by same company as Discjuggler)
