My Windows 98 give it up the other day, so I loaded Win2000 Pro. My scroll does not work the same, before anytime my cursor was in a window, it would scroll, I did not have to click on anything. Now I have to click and the last window that I have clicked in is what it scrolls even if the cursor is in a different window. I use a Win2000 Pro at work and it works like my old 98 did. Is there a way to change the setting?

I have the same "problem" and I never got to solve it. I kinda subconsciously use the click trick prior to scrolling. I am almost sure there is a simple solution to this but I truly do not know what it is...
