Question Need help with 4 different RAM sticks.

My computer always seems to crash graphics-wise whenever I run it. The crashes are random and happen around 4 times a day. I'm really confused as to why, and I've determined that it's not from a virus, the video card, or the GPU. I started researching RAM and I'm truly confused now. Here's the specs for my computer...
AMD Athlon 2600+
1024 Mb Kingston DDR Ram (4 256 Mb sticks)
Nvidia GeForce 4 MX 4000 128 Mb Video Card
Now...I was checking out CPU-Z and I noticed that 3 of my 256 Mb RAM sticks have a Max Bandwith of 133 MHz(PC2100) and are made by Kingston... but my 4th one has a max bandwidth 166 MHz(PC2700). Also, under "Manufacturer", it just has a bunch of Zeroes. My first 3 RAM sticks are running at 133 MHz but the 4th one is running at 166 MHz. Also, the "CAS# Latency, RAS# to CAS# Latency and all that other stuff" is different on the 4th memory card. My question is...Is the 4th memory card messing up the others? The 4th one is probably not the same brand or even the same manufacturer...or is it fine the way it is...And if something is wrong, what can I do to fix it?
I'm really confused about RAM and I would like some help.

They will all be running at the same speed, to see if the RAM is the problem run memtest86 for a pass or two.
