i need help in choosing a new motherboard... i want to try and keep it below $120 i need AGP as i do not want to go out and buy another video card. i wil be buying a athlon 64 3000 w/ the venice core and plan on overclocking it(probly to about 2.0ghz)
there are many motherboards out there to choose from and i am kind of confused.... what will be the difference between a 90 dollar mobo and a 130 dollar mobo.. is it worth it to spend the extra money, any reccomendations? -it has to be friendly to overclocking -it has to have AGP.. i already have a video card i want to use and im not that big of a gamer anyways -decent onboard sound(i want to do some tv tuner capturing i was reading one mobo review and it said the onboard sound was bad for capturing tv cant remember which though.. i do-nt know maybe they are all that way) |

The ASUS board there. Crappy chipsets but its the best implementation out of the bunch. Next best is prolly the Abit one. After that you should prolly reevaluate your platform choice
