Hi there!
I was wondering if it's possible to somehow make my computer startup on it's own every morning. I've been trying to use it to wake me up in the morning, but I keep falling back to sleep when waiting for it to load up is there any way I can tell it to turn on at a certain time. Sorry if this is stupid and can never work, but it would help soo much if it was possible! ceers in advance, Rich.

You can have your computer turn itself on at say 7AM every morning if you like ... hunt around in your BIOS in the Power section

I have an AWARD BIOS and it has a whole section called PM wakeup events, its got a list of about 10 slots, in each one you can set up an alarm time and date. Turn ya PC off then wait for it to come back on.
It is really freaky when your just sitting there and it does it by itself.......

the 'wake on lan' can be a useful feature here as well, if your mobo supports it.
