Default Can MP3 CD player (portable) play my WMA files?

I am planning to buy a portable CD player. I don't know whether I can play my CDs having WMA files or not. If I buy MP3 CD player, will I be able to play WMA files on it or not? Please suggest. Thanks.

Depends on the player, some support it some dont
