Expensive for junk parts man... The opteron won't work in your motherboard either. A lot of your parts are really bad. You need serious research before you buy.

If you're trying to build a server, then go

Hmmmmm....... not really the greatest list of parts. I think oyu need to do some research on compatability aswell, i think you'll find that the opteron CPU wont work with that motherboard

What your budget and what is the intent of this computer? This information will help us lead you in the right direction.

As for the parts you picked you definally have compatibility issues. Like said already a skt 940 cpu will not work in a skt 939 motherboard.

I need the information I ask for above before I can try to lead you in the right direction.

and if the ddr400 ram is 83 bucks and the ddr333 ram is 80 , why dont you just fork over another 3 bucks and get two sticks of the 400?

edit - and thats a rip for the 17" lcd , you can find them for $150 all day long
also, why are you going to pay that much for the sli mobo , and you dont even have the two video cards in your setup, and i heard test about the sli jacking ur computer up bigtime , 1 i heard about caught fire
